ENROLLMENT & RETENTION As the Founding Dean of the Graduate School at Queens University, I led the launch of multi-disciplinary non-degree certificate and accelerated programs that expanded academic offerings and increased graduate program enrollment by 15% increase tuition revenue. Additionally, I directed the creation of a microcredential program that identified and awarded professional skills to diverse learners, furthering career readiness and community engagement. My efforts to centralize student services have improved retention, with a 95% retention rate across graduate programs, and at previous institutions reduced attrition in doctoral programs. |

FACULTY DEVELOPMENTMy commitment to faculty development has been central to my leadership in higher education, driving both instructional quality and student success. Through the Hayworth Center for Digital Learning, we have provided hundreds of hours of professional development sessions and thousands of resources to enhance teaching and learning. My efforts have been focused on empowering faculty with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to excel in digital, blended, and traditional learning environments, thereby fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation, elevating faculty performance and ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence with successful outcomes. I spearheaded the adoption of Quality Matters, training to 55% of full-time faculty, leading to significant improvements in course design, with faculty earning certification in Applying the Quality Matters Rubric, increasing the presence of course outcomes by 27% resulting in increasing student engagement by 36% in the online classroom. |
