I spearheaded the adoption of Quality Matters, training to 55% of full-time faculty, leading to significant improvements in course design, with faculty earning certification in Applying the Quality Matters Rubric, increasing the presence of course outcomes by 27% resulting in increasing student engagement by 36% in the online classroom. |
