Programmatic Development & Revision Any good craftsman should have a variety of tools at the ready. It is the same for curriculum program managers, except the tools are methodologies, like A.D.D.I.E. and S.A.M., and agile and waterfall project management plans. Depending on the needs and goals of the project, any combination of these methodologies may be appropriate. However, the go-to methodology in my curriculum design tool bag is Backward Design. My designs are first and foremost student-focused. My first question is almost always:
"What do you want the student to be able to do?" |
